Verk Industrial Park Project Area, located in Spanish Fork, fits the County’s economic development vision by encouraging the retention and expansion of existing companies and the recruitment of new companies to create employment opportunities for residents in the greater Spanish Fork area. This Project Area enjoys a very strategic location with access to: Interstate 15, US Highway 6, Union Pacific rail, and an adjacent General Aviation Municipal Airport. As this Project Area develops out, right-sizing future logistical assets to improve freight movement will leverage new opportunities throughout the region. Additionally, this Project Area will fit the City’s general plan and the zoning for this area.
