The Utah Inland Port Authority is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of five voting members and three non-voting members representing various governmental entities and industry expertise. The UIPA Board of Directors meets quarterly to help set policies, monitor progress, and approve potential projects.
Per H.B. 443, two UIPA board members are appointed by the Governor of Utah, one by the Utah House of Representatives, one by the Utah Senate, and one jointly appointed by the House and Senate.
