Her previous role as a senior business development manager at the Economic Development Corporation of Utah (EDCUtah) saw her successfully managing significant corporate recruitment, retention, and expansion projects. Under her leadership, these projects generated over 11,000 jobs and facilitated more than $1.8 billion in capital expenditure, with a substantial portion benefiting northern Utah communities.
Expertise in Key Areas
Stephanie’s expertise in industrial real estate, logistics, utilities, and public finance stands out as particularly relevant to UIPA’s mission. Her ability to navigate these complex areas has proven instrumental in driving economic investment throughout the state.
Champion for Women in the Workplace
Beyond her professional achievements, Stephanie is known for her advocacy for women in the workplace. Her career at Qualtrics, where she began her journey in economic development, set the stage for her becoming a fierce advocate for gender equality and women’s empowerment. Her involvement in mentorship programs, speaking engagements, and training initiatives has had a profound impact on developing and empowering women in the professional sphere.
