2: On-Demand Access to Yard Space Through SecūrSpace Partnership

We have partnered with SecūrSpace, an on-demand, forward thinking, company that connects trucking companies to property owners with safe, empty, or excess yard space.

3: Two New Electrified Truck Parking Facilities

We are partnering with landowners to build and operate 2 electrified truck parking facilities for as many as 200 trucks that will provide:

-   Auxiliary power for existing gas-fueled trucks and refrigeration units
-   Safe and secure parking with plug-in capabilities for on-board auxiliary power units (APU)
-   UIPA mobile parking app and web portal to locate, access space availability, and reserve parking

4: Electric Charging Infrastructure

We are building fast charging infrastructure to accommodate using electric trucks, who’s benefits include: no production of exhaust gases, deliveries in zero emission zones, and are quieter, which means that they can operate in cities at night when other heavy logistics vehicles must hault operations.
