Lynne is a Utah native, a proud U of U grad, and after spending a couple of decades in Southern California, she and her husband wisely moved back to Salt Lake City in 2016. She began working as the executive assistant at the then-named Governor’s Office of Economic Development, reporting to the executive director.

Through her time there, she became familiar with the Governor’s Office, the Utah Legislative system, and the creation of the Inland Port, and joined the team in October 2020, becoming just the fifth employee.

She is the Manager of Business Development and Project Areas, working closely with the leadership team and associate vice presidents to track the Port's project areas from inception through creation, acting as a liaison and helping to oversee each step as recruitment, expansion and logistics are put into place.

She is extremely proud to have been a part of this organization through the early years and all the progressive steps and economic impact that is happening for the entire state of Utah through the Inland Port’s involvement.
