Amy Chanthalyxay serves as the Financial Manager for the Utah Inland Port Authority, where she supports the organization’s financial reporting, grant and bond accounting, payroll administration, and compliance efforts. In this role, she supports UIPA’s strategic goals by ensuring financial integrity, accuracy, and alignment with state and federal regulations.

Originally from Logan, Utah, Amy earned her Master’s Degree in Accounting from Utah State University. She began her career in public accounting with Eide Bailly, where she spent nearly six years developing deep expertise in audits and financial processes. Over the past five years, she has held financial leadership roles in the nonprofit sector and with companies in the sports and crafts industries.

Amy brings a thoughtful, hands-on approach to financial management and a strong commitment to public service. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, crocheting, and sewing.
