Twenty Wells

The Twenty Wells Project Area is a proposed development in northern Tooele County. 

The project area totals 650 acres and  is located entirely within the boundaries of Grantsville City. Utah state route 112 cuts through the project area with access to Interstate 80 facilitated through state routes 138 and 179 (Midvalley Highway).

Milestones

On September 3, 2023, the City Council of Grantsville City formally passed a resolution, consenting to and requesting the establishment of a UIPA Project Area within the boundaries of Grantsville City.
