The Tooele Valley Project Area is a proposed development in northern Tooele County.

The project area totals 243 acres and is located within the boundaries of Tooele County. The project area is connected via Burmester Road and Interstate 80. Adjacency to rail and I-80 create a unique opportunity for industrial growth.

Milestones

On April 11, 2023, the Tooele County Council formally passed a resolution, consenting to and requesting the establishment of a UIPA Project Area within the boundaries of Tooele County.
