The Utah Inland Port Authority (UIPA) board approved an amendment to the Twenty Wells Project Area in Tooele County that would expand the project boundary and support additional mixed-use development opportunities in Grantsville. The proposed amendment would add approximately 155 acres to the existing project area, bringing the total to about 775 acres. The additional land, known as “The Crossing

Utah Inland Port Authority approves expansion of Iron Springs Project Area in Iron County

The Utah Inland Port Authority approved an amendment to expand the Iron Springs Project Area in Iron County, adding approximately 432 acres of industrial-zoned land in Enoch City to support business growth and infrastructure coordination in southern Utah. The amendment  incorporates Enoch City’s Research/Industrial Park-zoned properties into the project area, enabling the city to partner with the Inland Port Authority
